Court rejects PSBA's bid for Act 72 extension (The Daily News)
The state Commonwealth Court has rejected Pennsylvania School Boards Association's bid to delay the May 30 deadline for school districts to opt on to Act 72, the state's offer of electronic gaming or slot machine revenue in exchange for property tax reform and wage tax increases.
