(AFX UK Focus) 2005-07-06 17:41 GMT: Earthport plans share consolidation, capital raising (Interactive Investor)
LONDON (AFX) - Electronic payment services group Earthport PLC said it is planning to consolidate its shares as part of a capital restructuring plan. Under the plan, each of its existing shares of 2.5 pence would be converted into new shares of 190 pence at a rate of 76 to one, Earthport said.
