Arkansas High Court to Hear Arguments in Expanded Gambling Case (KATV Little Rock)
Little Rock (AP) - The law has allowed voters in Hot Springs and West Memphis to approve video poker and other electronic games of skill. Meanwhile, the manager of Southland Park Gaming & Racing says the new electronic games haven't been a financial boon for the West Memphis greyhound track.
